QVX_PIPE_ERROR

Hi All,

I am  getting QVX_PIPE_ERROR during reload script.

earlier script was running properly. Suddenly above error come.

Any idea regarding error? please guide

I think you need to share some more information about your script, data sources and setup to get more help.

I'm probably not the correct person to give detailed help, but there may be someone that recognizes a similar case when they encountered this error.

There's a lot of posts in the community that have links to just a couple of solutions that may not be relevant in many cases - They certainly weren't in my case.

I was attempting to read from a Microsoft SQL Server through OLE DB and store to QVD and I was getting the QVX_PIPE_ERROR. However, it turned out to simply be the server running short on memory. It was failing in a loop and many tables were reading successfully so I knew it wasn't the code, but the table it was failing on was about 10 million rows and 127 fields and I saw the RAM usage in Task Manager climbing above 95% during the reload. Adding RAM to the server solved the problem.
