AccessPoint Sign Out (Auto logging back in)

Hi

I have searched past posts but can't seem to find anything on this to resolve this issue...?

We have our QVS security authorization set to use NTFS (Windows access).

We have DCS set up to use Active Directory.

To make the 'Sign Out' button appear in the AccessPoint I have just changed the QVWS Authentication from Always to Login.

My problem is this.  As soon as you click 'Sign Out' it seems to briefly log out and then straight back in again automatically.....?

What setting do I need to change for this to stop it automatically re-logging?

Hello,

Try this setting in yellow. Accesspoint will open with a login page and a sign out button will appear.

I just tried this and when the popup style user/password appears it will not let me log in with correct details?

Hello,

It should let in. Try using DOMAIN\user with the username. May happen with same usernames in different domains (including local user directory).
