QlikView settings put out of order

hi friends,

I played with my settings through "QlikView Enterprise Management Console" and "QlikView Management Console" and result of my effort is following:

Now I try to change assigned named user CAL, but result is the same - No server.

Projects are exist, before they were displayed.

It seems that you QVServer hasn't started ("0 of 1 QVS's is running" at top of page). Try restarting it manualy.

I tried manually restart server. Server is running (service qvs.exe), but result is the same. Please see to screenshot (on left is view to browser on client, on right is remote desktop with server view):
