Qlik Sense Desktop "qt platform plugin" error

Hello,

I am getting "this application failed to start because it could not find or load the qt platform plugin windows" while opening Qlik Sense Desktop. I could not find the solution. Maybe i should delete some folder for recreate something. So i want to ask you.

I installed Qlik Sense Desktop 3 times.

Maybe someone can help. Or i will format

I've run into this before, but only with an installation of Qlik Sense Enterprise and Qlik Sense Desktop on the same computer.  This appears to be related to the "Printing.exe" included by both the desktop and server software.

How I was able to resolve:

1. Start with a clean reboot so no stale Qlik Sense Desktop processes are running in the background
2. Shutdown all Qlik Sense Enterprise Services
3. Open Windows Explorer and put "%temp%" into the path bar to navigate to your temp directory(C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp)
4. Delete all files and subdirectories in this temp folder
5. Restart Qlik Sense Enterprise Services
6. Start Qlik Sense Desktop
