QV Plugin Issue

Hi,

I am trying to install Qv Plugin on Laptop .. getting error like " the operating system is not adequate for running qvplugin setup.."

I have IE version 11 & windows 8

what will be the issue?

What are the Steps to be check before or while installing the plugin ?

I had encountered issue with Internet Explorer 11. Try uninstalling IE11 and install IE10 to see if it works.

What you did ? Have you installed IE10 instead of 11?

Is that work at your side..

As its Managing Director Laptop i can not do RND..
