Advanced Search on via Internet plugin

Hi guys,

When using the plugin to view a report, some users can use the advanced search option, and others can't.

It doesn't seem to be related to the version of IE or the version of windows as it works for some and not others.

Has anyone any ideas for this that I can try to get it working?

Hi There

Only 1 copy of the plugin exists @ C:\Program Files\QlikView\Server\QlikViewClients\QlikViewPlugin

This doesnt seem to work for the advanced search. Is there somewhere else I can look?

Where from Qlik can I download this from?

I have a plugin installed already, its just that the advanced search is working for one person and not the other.

can you get a screen shot from the access point from  user that is works for and one that it doesn't?

May give a clue or two!
