Open attachments stored in database

Help! I have some files stored in a database which i am connecting to using odbc. I can view the file names in qv but can't find a way of actually clicking on the individual files and opening/viewing them.

anyone solved this?

Hi,

first ceate the system dsn.

and after that Connect It through Qlikview editor.

Afer connection establish use SELECT u will get tables

thanks for replying to this. I can get access to the tables using odbc without any problems. the issue i have is that i have files/attachments stored in the database and whilst i can view the filenames of the stored documents i cannot actually open them (see below).
