For Errors related to servers you can check in logs as described earlier.
For Reloading errors, you must activate the Log on each document reloaded on the server. Therefore you can check reloading errors and warnings
For an overview of reload tasks, access rights, etc, you can access informations on qvpr database
In Version 10 (to come soon) it will be possible to see what objects users access and in what sheets.
