Odd. Did you check QlikView Server? I just looked again and both versions are in there. Have you downloaded Server before (v9)? It could be licensing, but I'm not sure if that is tied to your login.
If you can't see the server version on the download site, you will need to get with your account manager to get him to check your user settings.
