Pivot Table Chart Format

I have several pivot tables in my application.  On all of them it is showing a bold face line at the end of the dimension headers cell.  In this case between Age Band and # of Females.  See PNG attached.  Anyone know how to get rid of this.   I have tried custom format cell, but I have not been successful.  The line sticks out lick a sore thumb

what value do you have in the 'Current Style' field on the Style tab.

I can duplicate if the value is 'Basic', 'Pivot1' and some other settings - try changing the value to 'Light'

Hi Mike,

In the Style tab of the pivot table properties, you need to un-check "Vertical Dimension Cell Borders".

Hope this helps.

I used the custom format cells, so it change my current style to custom.  I went and change it to Light first and then went back and added my custom formatting and it fixed my problem.  Thanks for your quick response.

Thanks for replying Sinan.  I did play with those check boxes, but they affected more of the grid than I wanted to change.

this will work as well but you would loose the lines between the dimensions - the bold line is a result of the combiantion of cell bofer on dimension and cell border on expression - it is overlaying (double line) on the last dimension and first expression

You need to uncheck below in style tab -
