Problem with installation of mirosoft.net Qliksense 2

I have a problem with the installation of microsoft .net on a Windows 7 home Premium pc 64 bits 4 gb Intern.

I have included the error log. Anyone an idea, of this problem ?

I suggest that you Google the .net install error code "0x80070009"
