Button Selection for a saison

Hi,

i want to create a button who make a selection for a saison. For example I qlick on a winter button and he select months jan, feb, nov, dec. I want to have the some with summer etc...

Can someboady help me?

Create a season field in your calendar.

     LOAD

          Date,

          Month(Date) As Month,

          Pick(Month(Date), 'Win', 'Win', 'Spr', 'Spr', , 'Sum', 'Sum', 'Sum', 'Sum', 'Aut', 'Aut', 'Sum', 'Sum') As Season.

          ...

Now add a listbox containing Season...

select in field          yourmonthfield

search string          (Jan|Feb|Nov|Dec)

Amazing, so much answers.

It is working now, but now I have the problemfor example I want to select Winter season for the months nov 2014, dec 2014, jan 2015, feb 2015 by one button who calls Winter.

Any idea?

What is your Date format?

Like 09/09/2015

or Sep 2015 ?

you can do it in many ways:

1.Create a flag or field for the winter in the script , based on the button selection using action you can select the same.

2.if the Months are fixed , split the month and year and based on button hit select the months
