I am trying to assign an action to a button where a specific value is set in a field, but i can't get the syntax right.

What you have should work, although the = and apostrophes aren't necessary.

Is the field name correct?

does the data "Front-end Enhancements" exist exactly as shown?

Try this may be:

'Front-end Enhancements' //Without the equal sign

or just Front-end Enhancements //Without the single quotes also

Note: Make sure the upper case and lower case matches exactly
