salesforce date format

Hi,

I connected to Salesforce via qliksense. The format of CreatedDate in salesforce is 2014-02-02T00:00:00.000Z.

But when I load the data then the format which is coming is 2014-02-02 00:00:00.000.

So could anyone tell me how to convert that into salesforce date?
