i have two Expression .

i want implement Chart Look Like This Picture

Department A

     1-Target Value  73%

     2-Actual Value 63%

You can use 2 bar charts and place one above the other,one for Target and one for actual.

1.  For achieving as like as in the mock up we have to create charts one for TARGET one for ACTUALS and we have to place the on above the other

  2 .second  approach is have a look on attachment i think you come to know

When scrolling the chart ,Charts that overlap because you used two charts
