You have 5 named license so at a time 5 users able to view the access point.

You can use PDF distribution properties to send PDF report to other users

Send them an email with url http://servername/qlikview in the message body.

And buy an additional 15 CALs if you want every single user to be able to visit documents in the AccessPoint. You can select Document CALs instead of Named CALs as they are cheaper.

Hi Novice,

Name CALs are assigned to users. So, if you only have 5 then only 5 users can open the documents. If you want 20 you would need 20 User CALs.

Talk to your account manager about session CALs or Usages CALs.
