Not receiving emails from Nprinitng

I have created a nprinting document and when I run the job, I do not receive any emails. I have checked the email settings under options and they all seem correct. I have also send a test email and I get a test email.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

can you tell me what the solution is as if I change to other recipient they receive the email although my settings and theirs is completely the same.

Did you look at log files?

Log file says 'Message sent successfully'.

Is the message in your Junk folder?

Is the email address correct in the log file?

Hi Colin,

I have checked junk, and clutter folders and all items just in case , hence sent a test email and which I received successfully using the test email service,  The email address is correct. I have tested using other peoples account and they receive the email but I don't.

Ok I had a dyslexic moment although it looks correct two of mt characters were incorrect. Thanks you for your help.
