Access Point - Unable to display page

Hi,

I have just installed QlikView Server on our internal server. We are using the QlikView web server.

After the install, I tried to navigate to the access point via http://localhost/qlikview/

I am receiving the attached error.

I checked all services and everything is fine, I restarted the server and it made no difference.

Can someone please help me? Thanks.

what kind of server did you install ? IIS or QV Web Server ?

do you have port 80 open ?

is the URL in the Webserver section of QMC correct ?

Try with Server IP/Name instead of localhost.

We installed it on a qlikview web server.

Port 80 is being used by teamviewer.

I have therefore changed the port no to port 8080 on the config file.

I just tried the url with the port number and it worked (servewrname:8080/qlikview). Is there any way to make it automatically redirect to servewrname:8080/qlikview when typing in servewrname/qlikview?

Not that I am aware, I was thinking on changing the host file, but that would impact your access to team viewer,if you have other people connecting it might be just easier to change interviewer configuration

I think I'm just going to change it from QlikView WebServer to IIS.  Then I can just use host headers instead of having to specify a port number. Thanks Anyway.
