Message to the Qlik Sense Community - Export to PPT


Hello Community -


NOTE: I have noticed a sporadic issue when using Firefox. The PPT processing does not complete and the processing animation just continues to circle. If you witness this, clear your history (cache / cookies) and try it again, it should work. Also if you can try Chrome, it should work consistently. I have reported this to our products team, but I am unsure if it is a browser issue or product issue.

I got the same problem with different browsers and different machines.

I tried the Qlik Sense Desktop and server versions.

Hi Michael,

We are facing this issue too, on the desktop edition and the server edition, but not on all the applications.

Some apps work fine in exporting, some others do not export, neither to PDF nor to PPT.

Hi Rodrigue,

The best advice I can offer on this is to log a ticket with Qlik support. I also have made Product Management aware of this thread.
