User cannot see any documents in the Access Point

Users A, B, and C were added as document users at the same time. User A and B can log into the Access Point and see all the browse-able documents, but can only click into the document they are assigned to via document CAL. This is good. User C can log onto the Access Point, but does not see any documents at all.

What is wrong?

Notes:
- There is section access
- Users A, B, and C were added into section access documents at the same time

Hi Matthew,

I would suspect there is something wrong with section access. to make sure you can try opening the QVW and under document properties and the Server tab Uncheck "Filter AccessPoint Document Based on Section Access" then see if the user can see the document. If so there is an issue with them in SA.
