Nprinting Recipient Report Distribution Filter

I have an NPrinting report that cycles on a field called TASK_FACILITY. This produces a table of data that includes multiple Project Managers. I want the same report to go to each project manager in the data when a specific TASK_FACILITY is selected.

My report looks correct, but I can't figure out how to distribute it to the project managers within the report. The proof shows that the Filtered Project Manager is getting only their own projects on the list. I want them to see all projects for all project managers happening at that facility.

Thanks,

Cassandra

Cassandra,

I assume that the issue is that the project managers as NPrinting recipients have a filter on their projects (or their names or something which corresponds to their projects).

What you need to do is to create a "Clear Selections" filter for the dimension on which you don't want to filter, and apply it to all of the charts in the report you don't want filtered.

Two steps:

1) Create filter:

Capture.PNG

2) Apply filter to chart(s):

It sounds like you have a filter by project manager and you would like it by facility.

Another possible solution is to have a different filter assigned to each recipient (change the filter for each recipient that you have now to a facility level filter).  As Aran also stated, it is very important that you make sure you 'clear' selections so the report is not based on any selctions that exist in the application
