Regarding bar border color

How can I change the bar border from black to anything else? I tried to add the bar offset as well, but it did not work for me.Can anyone please guide me?

in the chart properties >Layout > you have cell border color option rite? have you tried this ?

if the color option is not appearing, then go to Setting>document properties  >general>styling mode > change to >Advanced . Now check the same you should get the color option

AFAIK isn't possible

I taught it for the entire bar chart , if its for the bar inside bar chart than maxgro‌ is correct
