Qlikview Accesspoint show "No Server"

Hi All

Please see if you can give us a solution.

We have 2 web servers set up. (1 with IIS and 1 is QV web server).

QV Web server is working fine where as IIS is showing NO Server on accesspoint.

Hi venkatesh,

1.Check if all the services in Services.msc are running fine.

2.Have you changed the password for the service account and had not updated the same in the application pool which could be causing the issue.Check the credentials of the Application pool account used for the application.

Hi Venkatesh,

Please check that Qlikview IIS application pool is started and you have assign the  Service account for this

The solution is we missed to updated the new authentication details in IIS application pool.
