Strange one for me. I have a group with 30 recipients and the task successfully generates the report and indicates the mail has been sent for each but 5 mails never arrive. I am a BCC on the emails, this is how I know which are a problem. Even in test mode where I am the the "to recipient" the mails never arrive in my mail box.
I have task sub folders for each recipient so I am able to forward the reports manually but would like to resolve permanantly. I thought this could be an exchange issue so have requested assistance from my support team but the big question mark is why the test proof mails also don't generate.
