PostgreSQL is prerequisite？

Hi Qlik experts,

I am doing setup Qlik Sense dev environment, I am not sure whether PostgreSQL is a prerequisite? is there any other alternatives?

Yes, postgresql is a prerequisite. The Qlik Sense installer will install postgresql. So you do not need to install it yourself first. As far as I know an alternative dbms is not possible for the repository database at this time.
