Automation Testing on QlikView Reports

We are trying to introduce Automation Testing for QlikView reports. However, we don't have a proper tool to support this type of testing. Please suggest any tool which can be used to perform Automation Testing on QlikView Reports.

It's not quite clear what do you want to test automatically but you will find here QLIKVIEW SCALABILITY BENCHMARK WHITE PAPER and here https://community.qlik.com/search.jspa?q=jmeter&type=document various hints to this topic.

I sometimes use this tool

Tool for easy creation of load/performance tests of QlikView (v.10 and 11)

to do testing. It has a Regression Testing option that allows you to compare results against a previous run,

I am unable to download the JMETER files since all of the mirrors seemed to be blocked. Any ideas?

The QlikView Scalability Tool is rubbish for regression testing.

Adrian,

Is there a particular problem(s) or limitations of the tool that lead you term it "rubbish"? I quite like it.

1. No support for text object actions. I don't think I've seen an application in the past 4 years that doesn't use text objects to Hide/ Unhide objects on the sheet. This is a show stopper.

2. Doesn't work when comparing two different files/ file names or two different servers. For example I want to see if there any issue with a new QlikView release.

PS: The load testing works great. The Analyzer doesn't look to good but I usually create your own analysis, so I can't really complain .
