Corupt data error when duplicating an app

Hello,

I am quite new to QlikSense and I'm facing a rather annoying issue here.

I have published an app (my very first -almost- finished app) in order to give my key users something to play with.

Of course, I had a lot of change requests, so now I want to duplicate my app to improve it.

BUT : When I go to the console and hit the 'duplicate' button I get this error message :

And I get a duplicated app that doesn't contain any data or graphs.

Do you have any Idea what could be wrong ? (I checked disk space on the server).

Is this a single-node environment?

If so, can you check the Operations Monitor > Log Details page and see what errors show up? You can use the global search to search for "corrupt" or "failure".

Hello,

I actually had an answer from the QlikFrance OEM team.

I exported my app, imported it in desktop, exported it again and imported it on server --> It's fine now.
