Qlikview Task Failure issue

Hi , i am facing issue in Task job failure which is scheduled greater than 10 mints and jobs below 10 mints are running good and execution successful . Does any one faced this issue or can any one give ideas to resolve this issue .

what issue you are facing?

You might be getting LOGS of same?

IS it job failure or server connection time out?

Hi Ahlawat,

Past one week we are facing SAP kernel issue , which is not fetching data , It seems due to this task jobs started to fail over ,

still the task which fetching data from corresponding SAP kernel gets failed in that task which scheduled within 10 mints can succeed but rest greater than 10 mints task still facing failure.

SAP connectivity, Firewall are fine and server also running fine .

your suggestion and ideas plz .

You are posting this in "QlikView Connector for SAP". What is the error message that the SAP Connector is returning?

are you missing any timeout settings like?

Session Timeout, Document Timeout and Inactive Time

Qlikview sessions time out on our users

Are you able to recover either the DocumentLog.txt or the SAP Connector Log of a failed reload? Please post one of them in this thread.

If your task is a RFC Call (SAPBapiConnector) maybe it cause in the SAP profile parameter rdisp/max_wprun_time (transaction RZ11). Default value is 600 seconds.
