Nprinting adding .nsq disbaled

Hi

I am unable to add file/folder on QV Nprinting server, all option are disabled.

any idea how to enable them?

You need to stop the NPrinting service from the NPrinting Management Console to enable these buttons. Add or remove the nsq and then restart the NP service.
