We are hoping to use QlikView to present certain PHI in relation to some quality improvement initiatives but have some concerns regarding the ability to log which PHI has been accessed by particular users. We have enabled Session Logging, Performance Logging, Event Logging, and Audit Logging/Extensive Audit Logging, but these logs likely aren't detailed enough to satisfy Compliance. When looking at the Management Service, Auditing does not appear to be enabled but I can't check the box to enable it. I am also unable to navigate to the path indicated as holding the Audit files.
My question(s): Is anyone using QlikView to present PHI and how are you logging access to the PHI?
