Hi, we are having an issue on Qliksense Enterprise where a user name that has been allocated a user access token is at times being allocated login sessions. My understanding was that the User Access token would be used if available even if the user is caught by the login session rule. Is anybody aware of this as a known issue?
Hi Matthew,
Is the user who is given a user access token, even part of the group having the login session tokens? This could be a possible issue!
He is part of the login session pool group. He is a member of an active directory group which has been used to define the login session group rule. He has separately been assigned a user access token.
You should try restricting the named user who is part of this group from using up the session passes. You can do it by going to Login Access Rules section .
Thought his would help you navigate and get the issue solved : Video Link : 3334
Hope its helpful!

Yes, that's what we have done to solve the problem but it feels like it shouldn't be necessary. Even on this Michael Tarallo clip

at 11:45 - after setting up a login session rule that is user.name = * he states that everyone except those on the user access list will be able to get a login session.
The Qlik support desk suggested (but couldn't confirm) this was a known issues which may have been addressed in service release 2.0.5 but I cant see details of it on the release notes.
Your Custom properties link is however useful, so thanks for that!
