How we can generate the qvw, qvd files to organise the data? waht are the file types in Qlik?

I want to know about how we can generate the QVW, QVD files how to create those files .....please guide me.

Hi Basavraj,

QVW is the main application file format for QlikView. An equivalent for this in QlikSense is a QVF. You can convert a QVW into QVF by just opening a QVW with QlikSense.

QVD is still the same even in QlikSense. No change here.

Migration from Qlikview to QlikSense is pretty simple. You only have to develop the front end and make use of the existing data model.
