Can we implement java Script & HTML Script in Personal Edition..?

Hi Experts,

I got one requirement to implement java & HTML script to customize the report and to do more beautification of dashboard. However, I am using Qlikview personal Edition.

It will be great help, if you can let me know whether we can implement Java & HTML script in personal Edition or do we need to use any other version of Qlikview.

Regards,

Venu

Hi Arthur & Periasamy,

Thanks for your reply.....

My question is basically is it possible to add our own user defined charts in qlikview or Not by using Java Script or HTML script and this can be done only in qlikview License version or else we can do without license?

As per my understanding from lot of blogs & Documents.....It is possible to upload user defined charts in Qlikview by using .qar files.

This can be done without help of qlikiew license also.....:)

Thank you for one and All

I think, you are talking about Qlikview Extensions and you can create your own Extension with Personal Edition.

Just Search in Qlikview Community, you will get the Idea..

Extension Object Basics.doc
