Cannot Remove Guarentined License

I have an installation where I cannot remove 1 license that is guarantined. The client only has 5 named licenses and a former local clients install on the server, blocks 1 license.

The expire data of the license has already past by 3 weeks now and I cannot remove it.

Any ideas ?

Rebooting the server often resolves this issue, especially with older versions.

Upgrade to latest Qlikview server version, there was a bug about this, Regards.

THNX, I tried that already but apparently it didn't work the first time. But anyhow now it's gone !

So upgrade not needed 🙂
