Qlik Sense external user access issues

Hi guys

I have a Qlik Sense (version 2.1) trial deployment on an AWS server and have tested it at multiple client sites and internally and it works fine.

However 1 client is getting this message:

In my AWS deployment I have security rules like this:

INBOUND

and OUTBOUND

I'm not very IT savvy but this looks like an firewall blockage on the client end does it not?

Am wondering if anyone has had experience in this area at all?
