Ticket resolved

How can we calculate ticket resolved per Engineer per day i.e how many tickets an engineer resolves per day.

You'll need to be more specific than that but here are a couple of clues:

Day (or date) is a dimension

Engineer is a dimension

Count of tickets is an expression

Over to you.

I have to calculate productivity of Engineer.

formula is" no.of tickets Resolved/Engg/Day"

I have following fields;

Ticket ID,Engg ID,Closing Date(Date on which Ticket Was Closed).
