Hi All,

I have tried to enable PGO as XML in Clustered Environment.

We have 3 servers in cluster and enabeld PgoAsXmlAlso=1 in all the settings.ini file, but unable to generate CALDATA.pgo.xml.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Krishnapriya,

The nodes will still be clustered once you apply the license again. I recommend you to double-check though.

Hello Everyone,

Even, I am facing similar issue, although, I am working on single server environment.

Initially, Xml files created properly for CalData.pgo file alongwith other pgo files in root folder.

But, suddenly it stopped refreshing only CalData.pgo and hence related Xml file.

This file is updating correctly in

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer

but not in root folder.

I removed the PgoAsXmlAlso=1 from settings.ini file, & re-applied it again.

But still, neither CalData.pgo file refreshing nor dose creating Xml file.

I am clueless.

Krishnapriya did your issue resolved?

Can anybody help me out here?

Thanks & Regards

Kiran Shinde

Hi,

I had the same issues and it only works after that I re-start the QlikView server. Everybody say that re-start de QlikView services and I re-started all QlikView server services, but the xml files were generated after re-stard the server.

Now I'm verifying the xml files but I don't found the Document Name that contains the lost licences.

If anyone know how to found it, I would thank it.

Your setting.ini file must look like this:

[Settings 7]

PgoAsXmlAlso=1

DocumentDirectory=D:\Documentos\PGO

the attribute  DocumentDirectory is the root where you have to looking for your xml files and it must be the same root that you have in the QlikView system tab (in the management console).
