Hi Lak,

It works even on an Image. You might have gone wrong some where. Add the image using the format panel.(not as a background image). And follow the same process and it should work just fine!

I am pretty sure you can, as long as it is a text box object

I'm clicking on the icon that says create link and nothing is happening.

This is Qlik Sense? I don't really know how this would work on Qlik Sense. May be some one else may be able to offer better help,

Yes i mean QS, It's so limited compared to QV, but i guess they want us to go the Mash up and Extensions way which i haven't got time to learn yet.

The create link is working on text but not the image, what a bloody shame.

That is very strange.

There are some extensions already out there that you can utilize for this. Here is one of them:

Hi Lak,

I have tried doing that on the server using a text object and it works. you do not need an extension for this.

Go to: http://<Server name>/single  (Dev Hub) -> select your app -> select your sheet and copy the URL.

Select the text in the text object in your App and add a hyper link to it and it should work

On Desktop edition, it opens the sheet in a web browser.

This the URL for the desktop version: http://localhost:4848/single

Hope this solves your issue
