i am getting error like this ,what is the root cause of this error how i can over come this issue.
Information: Failed to allocate new QlikView Engine. Retrying (2)! Current usagecount=4 of 4

The root cause is that QDS has a number of reload engines available (in your case 4) and they're all busy reloading documents for an extended period of time (probably >45 minutes). At task that is waiting for a reload engine will do so for a limited amount of time (45 mùinutes in your case), after which it will timeout. Then you get the message you posted.
Solution: increase either the number of reload engines, or - better - increase the timeout period for tasks waiting for a free reload engine. See Daniel's suggestion here: Re: Reload error: No QlikView Engine was available...
