NPrinting on IE Full browser version

Hello Experts,

Merry Christmas..!!

I am able to export PPT with the help of Nprinting on Google Chrome, but I have challenge with IE Full Browser version. Getting the following error.

Do I need to follow any special configuration steps for NPrining IE Full Browser version?

when you say export, is this with the On demand functionality?  If not, please specify your steps in 'exporting' your ppt to nprinting

I am not able see NPrinting buttons on IE 10 or IE 11. where as I can see buttons at Google chrome. Some one please help me.
