Is Qlikview Expressor available ??

Hi Team,

Is Qlikview Expressor available??. I'm trying to download it, but no luck. The link is retrieving to download QV Personal Edition. Please suggest me if anyone knows about it.

Expressor End-of-Life Announcement

Effective October 1, 2015, Qlik will no longer sell the QlikView Expressor product and all renewal activity will cease.  Customers may continue to use Expressor, but maintenance and support services will cease on May 31, 2016 in accordance with our current maintenance and support policy.

IMHO no. I wouldn't start learning a software if the company will no longer sell it.
