Qlik Sense enterprise server installation successful, but no luck opening the Management Console

 

Qlik Sense enterprise server installation says everything was successful; however, when launching Management Console, neither the directory structure nor website files were created; I get HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found as a result. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times; any ideas ?

Kenneth - Can you share more details?

  1. Version  of Sense
  2. Any basic config details - did you input user for services to run under? is there repository password? Did you change the location of the installation? etc.
  3. Basic hardware config (e.g. VM with Server 2012 R2, installed locally, connected to internet or not)
  4. Where are you trying to access QMC? (e.g. from a browser on the server or from a remote browser)
