Text Object Edition

Hello!

I would like to know if anyone here has the characters for editing the data inside the text object. What I mean with this is the "code" - I don't know if they are called like that-, like: ch(13) for space -I don't really know if that one is for space, I am just giving an example-, and all the other commandlikephrases, to use inside the text objects to edit the info from the variables or expressions displayed inside the boxes.

It would be nice to see like a list or a web page link where I can find this sort of stuff.
