How do I rotate a text object or list box

The question come to me when I want to show the text in a text object or in a list box vertically. Does anyone have any idea on this?

I think its impossible to rotate text-objects or text in list boxes (QV 11.2 SR9) .But, One thing I learned how to rotate texts in CHARTS.So,YOu have to Go to Properties(Of one Chart)-->Presentation--->Text IN Chart-->>Add text---> Angle(There give 270 from left(Allignment) or 450 from left(Allignment) or 90 from right(Allignment))

And you can see the change.
