I have a Qlikview server.
When I try to minimize a chart through web, the chart gets hidden. If I try the same action in a local Qlikview, it works OK.
When the chart is hidden I can pass the pointer through the hidden chart, click twice, and the chart is showed correctly.
Hi,
The issue is resolved, it was a problem with the user profile. We had to change the preferred client to: Internet Explorer plugin. With the Full Browser Version does not work properly.
Have you tried auto minimizing? Might make your chart behave itself.
Yes, I tried to mark "Auto Minimize" option but when I minimize the chart, the chart gets hidden (screenshot attached)
Are you sure that the minimized icon is not behind another object? Set the layer to Top or greater to ensure that it is not behind something else. Also check the minimized chart size - it could be very small or even zero. Select Minimized in the box above the sizes in Chart Properties | Caption and set the size to something bigger.
Hi Try like this.
Gotto Properties>> Layout >>Enable Top .now minimise and check .Might your problem resolve?

The minimized chart is not behind another object. The layer is set to Top and the minimized size is checked and I tried to set the size bigger but the chart is still hidden.
I don't know why in my computer works fine but not in the Server.
See the attached screenshots about Layout Properties and Caption Properties.
Hi,
maybe issue with Chart Properties->Layout->Layer. make it Top.
