ok bro. thanks!!! i added content admin! now that user account can create new project.!
Sangram r u familiar with QAP ? Can i ask you another questions regarding QAP?
Glad it helped!
Hi Jim,
I am assuming that you are referring to Quality Assurance Procedure here. If not please explain and I will try to help you to the best of my knowledge!
Thanks,
Sangram
Bro,
I have created a mashup , using mashup editor in QAP Server. I can VIEW the mashup in the dev-hub.
So, i gave my colleague the URL -- https://servername/extensions/mashup1.html . he couldnt browse through as it prompted windows authentication.
if i want people to access the mashup site publicly, how can i resolve this issue?
Hi Jim,
For others to view any of the content from the hub, they need to have a token assigned. This is the reason, why the windows authentication showed up.
So if you assign a token to that user, he/she should be able to see the mashup.
Thanks,
Sangram.
I have tried to switch to "always allow anonymous" in the virtual proxies. Then . is works fine. anyone can view the mashup page.
Then problem comes back to the developer. The user account that i have given " Content Admin" role , now cannot create new project.
So, i switch it back to "No anonymous" then , the developer can create new project.
Ok, for instance, we have a company web page, and i have done mash up on it, and since it is a company web page, by right, it should be able to access by anyone, in the world.
Bro, hwo can i achieve that?
Rgds,
Jim
