Creating a heat map in Qlikview

I am trying to create a heat map for United States. One of my colleague mentioned that there is an add-on to QV to get that heat map but I could not find it on the discussion board. Please advise.

Hi Simon,

Dan is right, you can also try GeoQlik extension for your heat map and more.

GeoQlik enables you to add multiple analysis on one map and use extra spatial data sets.

you can download GeoQlik trial here:

GeoQlik, the mapping extension for QlikView and Qlik Sense - Trial version for QlikView

and find a quick start here:

http://demo.geoqlik.com/geoqlik/index.aspx

It will allow you to run analysis on Continents, States and a 3rd administrative level.

Should you wish to try with your geographic data, please contact us (contact@geoqlik.com).

if you need anything else do contact us too

Kind regards,

Cyril

Hi,

You could also check out IdevioMaps (http://bi.idevio.com). It has support for many kinds of visualizations, including density based or area based heatmaps. Send an email to info@idevio.com if you would like to try it out.
