Straight Table Sort on Expression

I'm having some trouble using the Sort By Expression feature in my Pivot Table.  The requirement is to sort in descending order by the values in the last expression within each first dimension group.  I have tried several approaches, and the one that seems to come closest is to use AGGR to get an equivalent of the last expression (see attached) and apply that on the last dimension.  This works fine as long as i filter to just one report month.  But when i clear the filter to see all reports, or select more than one report month, the sorting changes.

Can anyone see what i need to do differently?

Thanks

Your QVW is a bit large for a quick download, but I think something like Christof shows here should get you on the right track:

Perfectly Sorting Pivot Table (by A-Z. y-Value set for each dim-level)

That worked, thanks!  And sorry about the file size.
