When I manually stop Qlikview service (QS) and QWS  both services are down then "No connection" message popup triggering.

We can use either web link or app link to access dash board the above message will appear, Can anyone tell me from which location the message is triggering and as per the requirement i need to modify the message.

Thanks in adv

If you stop all those services, there is no web site for your brwoser to navigate to. If your browser cannot connect to the intended web site, it will generate a "No connection" message all by itself. You will have to configure the default error page in IE for every single browser installation. I guess Google chrome has a similar reporting mechanism, but still you'll have to do it for all individual browsers.

Peter,

Thanks for your comments , i agree with you but one of my requirement says that "User need to get customize message popup in browser when any of the QV services goes down".

Is there any possibilities that we can configure in QV server to meet my requirement.

Thanks in adv

There may be a solution when the QVS is down (tweaking the javascript code of the AccessPoint comes to mind), but when the QVWS is down, you may be out of luck as there is no one left to report anyway...

You may consider installing a proxy to handle the latter case...
