We've recently installed NPrinting Server, and are facing an issue while trying to load scheduled tasks va nsq file:
Error message in log is : System Error. Code: 5. Access is denied
The account that is running NPrinting services has administrative priviledges and read/write access to the directory where nsq files are stored.

Does the account also have read/write access to the folders with the QVWs and the templates? It will need to have access to those folders in addition the the NSQ folder.
Is the service account a member of the QlikView Administrator group and does the service account have permission to access the QVW as dictated by section access?

Thanks for the quick reply.
The account is a member of QlikView administrator group, but not server administrator. None of the documents have section access.
I have given it access to all directories containing QlikView documents/reports/logs, but it does not seem to work.
Windows journal shows an error "while trying to access ole32.dll." I wonder whether is it worth is to give the account full administrator privilages.
